Terms of Service

1. The service

Dreamward provides AI-assisted image, video and audio generation through a web app and an API. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity in your workspace, including members you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

3. Credits & billing

Generations consume credits. Credits are granted by your subscription plan and are not redeemable for cash.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Refunds of payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /legal/refund-policy.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, to the extent permitted by law and the underlying model licenses, the media you generate.

Paid plans include commercial usage rights for generated media.

You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display your content in order to operate the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others (including likeness and copyright), depicts minors inappropriately, or is intended for harassment, fraud or disinformation.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected — review generated media before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
