Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.

Content you create: prompts, uploaded media, and generated media are stored so you can access them from your library.

Usage data: we record credit transactions, generation requests and basic analytics needed to operate the service.

Payment data: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. We never see or store your card number — we only keep your subscription status and the Lemon Squeezy order reference.

2. How we use your information

To provide the service: run generations, store your media, manage your workspace and credits.

To process payments and manage subscriptions through Lemon Squeezy.

To send essential service emails (billing, security). Marketing emails are opt-in.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your private prompts or media to train models.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Google (sign-in), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as Merchant of Record), cloud hosting and storage providers, and AI model providers that execute your generation requests. Prompts and input media are shared with model providers only to fulfil the generation you request.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your media stays in your library until you delete it. Trashed items may be kept up to 30 days before permanent removal.

You can schedule your entire workspace for deletion in Settings → Workspace. After the 7-day grace period all data is permanently deleted.

Financial ledger records are retained as required by accounting law.

5. Your rights

You may access, export or delete your data at any time from the app, or by contacting support. Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights to access, rectification, portability and objection.
