Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. Who processes your payment
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for every Dreamward order. Your receipt, invoice and any refund are issued by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf, and their terms apply alongside this policy.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, provided you have used no more than 20% of the credits granted by that purchase.
Credits are how we pay the AI model providers that run your generations. Once a credit is spent the underlying compute has already been billed to us, so spent credits cannot be refunded.
If you have used more than 20% of the credits, we may still offer a partial refund for the unused remainder at our discretion.
3. Failed generations
If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to contact us and it does not count against the 14-day window.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
We do not automatically refund a renewal you forgot to cancel, but if you contact us within 14 days of that renewal and have barely used it, clause 2 applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@dreamward.ai from the address on your account, including your Lemon Squeezy order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Abuse & chargebacks
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated buy-consume-refund cycles, or accounts suspended for violating our Acceptable Use rules.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases.
